1. Preparing and packing your order
Most of our glasses come in an elegant Julianna box of 2pc. When shipped, we place Julianna box into heavy duty shipping boxes that are tested for 275 lb. It well protects the glassware against pressure damage during the shipment.
We fill the box with a 1" soft foam and bubble wrap and individual glasses are carefully wrapped in the foam as well. The foam is incredibly soft and cushy and molds well around glassware. It provides the best protection during transportation for such delicate product.
2. Shipping your order
Dispatching:
We dispatch your packages the next day but no later than within 2 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via various curriers such as USPS, UPS, Canada Post. All packages are tracked and are dropped-off without signature.
If you prefer delivery by faster services with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us* before choosing this method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

USA Shipping
The shipping fee ranges from $16 - $45 depending on the number of glasses you purchase and size of a box they are shipped in. Shipping fee includes handling and packing as well as postage costs.
Orders over $250 are shipped FREE.
CANADA Shipping
The shipping fee ranges from $15-$20 depending on the number of glasses you purchase and size of a box they are shipped in. Shipping fee includes handling and packing as well as postage costs.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping
We ship worldwide! The shipping fee starts from $16 and depends on the destination as well as the size of the box your glasses are shipped in.
